First World War has taken away millions of human lives, this story tells about the difficult path of two soldiers. Blake and Schofield are British soldiers; the guys must complete an impossible mission, on which the fate of many soldiers, officers and civilians depends. Two brave soldiers must penetrate the very heart of enemy territory to deliver a message. Blake, thanks to the successful completion of a secret mission, can save his brother from death, who is sent to the den of the enemy. In the film ‘1917’, we can see the real feat of two ordinary guys who, risking their lives, tried to save other people. Carrying out a secret mission, they forgot what fear is, because the goal is above all else. Director Sam Mendes did an excellent job, we are sure that true fans of war films will write only positive reviews for the movie ‘1917’
