Having perfect pitch, Peter Lucian creates a mood in people's homes. Some people like the sound of silence, others get used to the noise, there are people who hate unnecessary sounds in their home, or they are too loud, Peter Lucian can always fix this problem and create sounds to suit each client’s mood. His next client is a girl named Ellen Chasen, she also has her own problems in the house that Lucian is not able to fix.
