A young couple decides to buy a house in the countryside, this is their dream, to create a strong family, and their children would play outdoors. Having found the most suitable option, they go to the owner of the house, a man named Charlie, to make a deal. A stunning house, amazing nature and a friendly owner of the house who lived there all his life. But after buying a house, his former owner is in no hurry to leave the house, which was built by his great-grandfather.
