It's been 20 years since the last battle between Samaritan and Nemesis, and no one has seen them. The little boy Sam Cleary lives in comics. Sam is sure that Samaritan is alive and lives among people, saves them in difficult situations and constantly fights against the criminal world and crime in the city. When Sam was beaten up by his peers, his neighbor Joe Smith comes to his aid. From that moment on, the boy considers him a real superhero, and perhaps he is a Samaritan. Sam was not mistaken, and very soon, Samaritan must to fight again with his enemy Nemesis.
