For many years they did not meet each other. Young girl Beth, despite the distance, decides to visit her sister in Los Angeles. Ellie brings up three children, they live in a small room, which they have not been able to explore so far. One day, Ellie finds an interesting book in the closet, only after a while she realizes that with the help of a spell from the book she was able to summon a real demon, who had been imprisoned for several centuries. The awakening of an ancient evil threatens the existence of all mankind, but Beth and Ellie are ready to do everything possible and even more to stop the demon.
