In the individual's record file of the current FBI special agent John Hartley, a Red Notice appeared and he was arrested by Interpol, he is sure that he was framed, John even knows who did it. To arrest the number one criminal in the world - Sarah Black, known as The Bishop, he turns for help to the number two criminal in the world - Nolan Booth.
